A friend of mine Tom Klavr asked me to mockup up some ideas for a very minimalistic but attractive and functional blog design. I always try and add some unique or at-least unusual features to a website design to add a little jeane se qua and get the viewer interested. In this case I chose a very fluid javascript vertical links bar that would slide across the page to reveal content in an exciting way and make the user want to read on.
